As I've stated, I like to develop in the Microsoft stack.  For web development, the optimum choice is .NET Core / VueJS / MS SQL Server hosted with Azure.

I also like to develop in the PHP/Laravel/VueJS stack as well.  You can develop elegant applications relatively fast.
